			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Saggy Arm Fat Exercises Firm Up Your Arms Fast</p>
<p>Many of women tend to have problems with excess arm fat or saggy arm syndrome. We are going to look at some arm specific exercises and how doing  total body workouts will help you a great deal to get rid of your excess body fat and your saggy arm fat. I am sure you have heard that trying to spot reduce any body part doesn&#8217;t work. Usually spot reduction is associated with your abs but it goes for any muscle group.</p>
<p>Only concentrating on specific exercises for a particular body part are not going to get rid of that excess body fat. Saggy arm fat, get a firm butt, slender thighs or to get tight abs. Yes I do reccomend doing some specific body part exercises (we will get to that in a minute) but the bulk of your workouts to get rid of that arm fat is a total body workout.</p>
<p>Total body workouts concentrate on using exercises that use more than one muscle group. As an example your workouts should always include 3-4 of the following exercises.</p>
<p>* Squats * will work not only your Legs(get slender thighs) but also tighten your Abs, Lower Back and is great cardio and burn fat from all over your body.</p>
<p>* Deadlifts * Legs, Back, Arms, Abs (my personall favorite) cardio</p>
<p>* Clean and Press * Legs, Back, Arms, Abs, Delts and cardio (another of my favorites)</p>
<p>* Dips * Chest, Shoulders and Triceps</p>
<p>* Pull-Ups * Arms, Shoulders and Back</p>
<p>* Incline Bench Press * Upper chest, Triceps, Shoulders</p>
<p>* Burpees * (with or without added weight) Legs, Chest, Unreal cardio and Fat Burning</p>
<p>There are others but hopefully you get the idea. As I said 3-4 exercises &#8211; 3-5 sets &#8211; 3-8 reps. Work heavy (yes ladies you to you want to get rid of that saggy arm fat right?) use intensity and cut down on your rest time between sets(for added fat burning).</p>
<p>Before I give you some arm specific exercises let&#8217;s touch on one other main point. Nutrition. Without eating clean your efforts in your workouts will fall short. You Can&#8217;t Out Train A Lousy Diet. Hopefully you know the drill 4-5 meals a day, lean beef, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits and drink water. But we are not talking nutrition here but how to get rid of saggy arm fat so let&#8217;s continue.</p>
<p>As we talked about do your total body workouts 3-4 compound exercises then if you feel the need 1-2 workouts a week ( in reality once a week should be plenty) do one bicep and one tricep exercise from this list.</p>
<p>If you are working your compound exercises hard do 2-3 sets and keep your reps a little higher 8-10.</p>
<p>Biceps:</p>
<p>* Barbell Bicep Curls *</p>
<p>* Dumbell Curls *</p>
<p>* Reverse Grip Chin-Ups * Palms facing you</p>
<p>Triceps:</p>
<p>* Close Grip Bench Press *</p>
<p>* Diamond Push-Ups *</p>
<p>* Two Arm Dumbbell Tricep Extension *</p>
<p>So there it is the fastest way to get rid of <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.squidoo.com/firmbuttslenderthighstightabs">saggy arm fat, get a firm butt, slender thighs and tight abs</a>. Concentrate on the compound exercises, workout with intensity ( add weight when you can or cut down on rest between sets. And don&#8217;t forget about your eating.</p>

<p>Part of a natural weight loss plan is making sure that the foods that you eat are nutritious. Whenever you are on a diet you need to eat foods that are nutrient rich and that contain the optimum amount of vitamins and minerals.  That is because you are not eating as much per day when you are dieting which also means that you are eating less food.</p>
<p>It is easier to cut over 500 calories a day from your usual consumption of foods per day if you are eating well because foods that are good for you do not leave you with that craving to eat even more. As you are eating less you need to make sure that the foods that you are eating are as jam packed with nourishment as possible.</p>
<p>One of the most nutritious foods that you can eat while on a diet is beans. Beans are rich in fiber and don’t cost much. They are also a great source of protein and very cheap,</p>
<p>Broccoli is another food that is great when you are on a diet.  The roughage helps you from getting constipated. The folic acid in broccoli prevents you from getting constipated and keeps you from developing iron poor blood.</p>
<p>Eat as much fruit as possible when you are a diet.  Cantaloupe is a very nourishing choice as it supplies you with all the Vitamin A and C that you need in a day.  Blend this with ice to make a great shake. Melons of all kinds are crammed with the vitamins that you need to be very healthy.</p>
<p>Yet another great thing to eat when you are on a diet is oranges. These have vitamin C, folic acid and fiber.  Oranges are stacked with Vitamin A too. </p>
<p>In fact if you need Vitamin A any orange colored fruit or vegetable goes a long way towards optimizing your nutrition.  Drinking the juices of orange fruits if any kind is also recommended for optimum nutrition and to improve your immune system.</p>
<p>It is important to keep your brain enriched with omega-3 oils as well. Make sure you eat plenty of salmon, avocadoes and fish. Catfish, swordfish and rainbow trout are also good sources of protein and omega 3 oils that can help keep your brain healthy and prevent heart attacks.</p>
<p>If you drink milk then consider that it is one of the best sources of protein.  Soy milk is also a good choice.  However if you are drinking rice milk or soy milk make sure that it is enriched with vitamins. Rice milk in particular can have you downing excess calories that you do not need and make you fatter while at the same time not really containing that many nutrients at all.</p>

<p>You may know someone who has been previously diagnosed with coronary disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, or raised blood pressure.</p>
<p>You can improve your health and &#8220;real age&#8221; in so many ways by making use of fitness programs to help create muscle strength to support joints, boost physical fitness and alleviate arthritis-related pain.</p>
<p>Sadly, 60% of the population in the US do not get the prescribed amount of workout and 25% are not physically active. These statistics are slowly increasing, as is the number of folks who suffer from stress related diseases such as stroke, elevated cholesterol, raised blood pressure, and diabetes.</p>
<p>However, fitness over 40 plans usually don&#8217;t begin in the gym, and exercise is only worth it when your heart rate is raised for 30 minutes at least. That may mean walking quickly for 30 minutes in the neighborhood, jogging, bicycling with the children, rowing, treadmill in front of the television, bouncing on an exercise ball or using a trampoline.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re over 40, it&#8217;s time to think about the impact it will put on your ability to make the needed changes, your current nutrition and habits.</p>
<p>To add more whole grains, vegetables and fruit to your diet is another must-do for those over 40 to keep fit. A nutritionist can help you to slowly change to a better eating routine.</p>
<p>A way to improve your health immensely is to eat 5 &#8211; 7 servings of vegetables and fruit, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water as well as to lessen the amount of white flour consumed per day.</p>
<p>Exercise is essential but depends on the structure of diet, nutrition, and everyday habits to boost your health. Your fitness program can consist of cardiovascular and weight training.</p>
<p>Exercise that improves the cardiovascular system includes jogging, bicycling, walking, swimming, jumping rope, trampoline or workout ball. Mix it up a bit and ask friends to join so that you&#8221;ll have fun and keep up.</p>
<p>Should you do the strength training program, you should skip a day before doing it again. For example, if you do it on Monday you should not do it again until Wednesday.</p>
<p>Train your strength 2 &#8211; 3 times per week, either at the gym or at home. Strength training will increase the support of your joints, reduce your risk of osteoporosis and shed off your body fat.</p>

If you want to lose fat and stay healthy, follow the following tips to help you achieve your goal.</p>
<p>1. Find out what is causing you to be overweight.  If the problem is bad nutrition, then see a dietitian or read books that will teach you how to eat properly.  If the problem is more emotional, learn how to take care of your emotions without eating.  Some people gain weight because of hormonal issues, and this might be something you want to discuss with your doctor if you want to see results with your fat loss diet.  Whatever the problem is &#8211; you will be able to handle it better once you know what it is.</p>
<p>2. Be willing to be in control of your food.  That means not allowing friends and family to convince you that just one won&#8217;t hurt, and it also means paying attention to restaurant food.  However, most of all it means not letting food be in charge.  Instead of trying severe diet and exercise plans, look for a sustainable option that will result in the best long term physical and mental health.  After all, being thin is only one part of being healthy.</p>
<p>3. Instead of eating three big meals, eat small frequent meals.  If you eat frequently throughout the day, your metabolism works continuously and burns calories.  If you eat big meals your metabolism goes up and down and it is actually harder to lose weight that way. Pay attention to what you eat during these meals and stay away from processed snacks that are high in fat and sugar.</p>
<p>4. Take your time.  Eating more slowly and allowing yourself to savor the food does two things.  It allows your body to tell you more readily when you&#8217;re full, and it helps you satisfy your appetite. After all, if you&#8217;re eating quickly, the taste of the food may not register at all.</p>
<p>5. Take baby steps.  Do not starve yourself and do not start a fast loss diet that will expect you to make drastic changes.  If you want to succeed in  your diet it needs to be easy to follow.  Take small steps, and get used to them one at a time until you reach your goal.</p>
<p>6. Eat a balanced diet and don&#8217;t eat processed food.  Eating processed food is really bad for you because it is high in fat and sugar.  It will cause you to gain weight and put you at risk for diabetes and other physical problems. Foods like lean protein, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables are much better for you and will help you stay healthy in the long run.</p>
<p>7. Make sure you drink throughout the day.  Sometimes when you think you are hungry, you are actually thirsty.  Hydrating yourself properly will make you feel full, and will help your body cleanse itself. Water is the best beverage, so make sure to drink as much water as you need.</p>

<p>The tribe discovered Iaca and noticed that the new tree had purple berries plentiful enough and nutritious enough to sustain the entire tribe. The tribal chief said that the newborns would now be spared death and he named the berries Acai (Iaca spelled backwards) after his daughter.</p>
<p>Folklore aside, modern science has discovered some truly magical qualities about the acai berry. Acai berries contain super antioxidants, essential amino acids and omega 3 fatty acids.</p>
<p>Antioxidants are all capable of fighting cancer by fighting free radicals that damage cells and are the prelude to cancer and the aging process. The super antioxidant in acai berries that gives the berries their royal purple color is called anthocyanin. This super antioxidant has been found to slow and stop the growth of tumors. Antioxidants are also necessary for repairing damaged cells and replenishing tissue.</p>

<p>Visit a Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian who can set you up on a healthy eating program that suits your needs.  A professional will assist with a healthy eating plan that you can use every day of your life and takes into account your preferences to your cooking skills and family time demands.</p>
<p>A healthy <a href="http://weightlossfx.net/" target="_blank">weight loss</a> means not skipping meals, consuming foods that are mainly unprocessed and are of high nutrient value, provides enough calories for your daily needs and includes in some time of physical activity that you enjoy.</p>
<p>Losing weight in a hurry “never” works in the long run.  Healthy eating and a balanced weight only come from an overall lifestyle change that fits you.  It is nice to know that your friend starved themselves and lost 20lbs but chances are your friend will gain back the weight, and usually more.</p>
<p>We eat for so many reasons and often eat when we are not hungry.  Stop and read this sentence several times before you think that going for surgery to suppress appetite will help or that the latest pill will make you stop over-eating.</p>
<p>I have personally seen many people go for surgeries and in less than a year be back at their original weight unless they learn a lifestyle approach to healthy eating and activity.</p>

Sometimes if we have messed with our metabolism by going on to many low calorie diets or done the same lifestyle activity for too long our bodies metabolism slows.  Try lifting weights at least 3 times a week.  Weights help to increase muscle mass and muscle mass burns 3 to 4 times more calories.</p>
<p>Be patient and kind to your body and throw away your scale at home.  Weighing yourself means nothing but feeling good and losing inches tells way more than any number on a scale.</p>

Many people ponder this question a number of times throughout the year, but what precisely is aerobics? There are many more choices than simply attending an aerobics class.   Aerobic means “in the presence of oxygen.” Your body will burn fat more capably when increasing your oxygen rate through aerobic activity.</p>

Diet is important to fuel the body to perform activity; this can easily be attained by following the food guide pyramid. Strength training is of utmost importance in regards to injury prevention.</p>

<p>3.	Spinning/Cycling:  Cycling either indoors or out is a great cardio activity. Spinning classes have turn into very popular throughout the United States—many clubs requiring sign-up 24 hours prior to class.  As in any cardio activity, there is a huge variable as there can be such differences in strength. Hills, sprints, jumps, etc. can burn anywhere from 300-500 calories per half hour. Okay, for this you need a bike and helmet, shoes, padded shorts.</p>
<p>4.	Step Aerobics/Cardio Kickboxing: Step has lasted much longer than anyone expected, and cardio kickboxing can pack quite a punch when it comes to cardio workouts. An added benefit: many classes include some strength and flexibility at the end of each class. Classes often have different instructors and often can add a variety to your program. You can burn 300-400 calories. You do need either a club membership or a good video and a step.</p>
<p>To lose fat, you have to eat. Your body is designed for survival, and part of its survival mechanism involves storing and holding onto body fat when there is lots of food, to be used when food is scarce. If you make a habit of not eating, skipping meals, or constantly eating too few calories, your metabolism will slow down in order to conserve caloric energy. To avoid this condition, eat good quality foods in the proper quantities at usual intervals. The initial weight loss achieved through improper calorie restriction is muscle, not fat, so it is a poor long-term solution.</p>
