You’ve been on a diet for 3 or months and haven’t seen any progress. When I started exercising at home it was a huge effort and I didn’t like it at all, but then I started focusing in what was really important to me: losing weight , toning my body, being slim! This gave me the will power to continue, and I gotta tell you, I only saw results after a month.
I also tried to change my eating habits although I confess that was a tough battle at first. I was an emotional eater with a food cravings issue!
