Your body can easily burn the calories obtained from these foods rather than store them as fat in your abdomen.
• Reduce meal servings but eat more frequently. It is customary for people to eat three large meals in day which gives the body a harder time to process the food into energy. By reducing the portions and increasing the frequency of the meals to say four to six times a day, the body will have an easier time to digest the food and use it as fuel.

To finally get rid of your beer belly, you need to include physical activity in your weight loss program. Try to do exercises no matter how light. However, you need to start lightly and work your way up gradually to the more intensive routines.
