I know that there is a ton of fitness information coming at you from all sources these days. It seems as if everyone has an angle for something “Great and New” that they are trying to sell you (and me).
I want to let you know that I am staying on top of this stuff so you can concentrate on enjoying all of the many other things in your life, while staying fit and healthy without having to think about it.

foundational questions you may have that need answering regarding
