The waiting rooms are full of folks who decided they wanted to start a home workout program, but didn’t research the proper way to begin their routine. The first questions you should ask yourself before starting any exercise program is “How am I going to avoid injury while working out at home. Starting slowly, warming up, stretching, and cooling down are all good advice. But you and your exercise program are unique. Your body requires a different warm up routine than your friend’s body requires. Do the research, talk to experts, then take time and enjoy your workout.
