Losing weight doesn’t have to be a constant battle for you. With some simple lifestyle and eating modifications to your current habits you have cause a direct effect on how much and when you start to lose weight. Just by adding a couple of these changes to your current routine you could start dropping a couple of pounds a week right now. How ever I should note that when losing weight we all have a certain level we’ll reach where exercise and a little help might be needed to push you along, I’ve noted a great diet plan at the end of this article that can do exactly that for you.

Drink water

You’ve probably heard this before, drink at least 6 glasses of water a day, well it’s true most of us drink soda, milk, juice, but not enough water. What is this important? Well for starters if we don’t get enough water our body holds onto the water it has in fear that it isn’t going to get anymore, this way you’re carrying around extra water weight that is making you look heavier then you actually are. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day and within a couple of weeks you’ll see a few pounds falling off just from water weight.

Eat less more often

Making this change to your routine will change how fast your metabolism burns the calories you are eating. If you’re eating 4-5 smaller meals then your natural metabolism will be sped up. What does this mean work weight loss? Well the food you eat won’t hang around you as long, and have less chance of becoming fat. Note, this is not an invite to eat more calories, just a different way to eat the same number each day but spread out more evenly.

Mix up your meals

Don’t always eat the same thing every day. Rotate between eating carbohydrates, vegetables, proteins etc. This will not allow your body to get used to any one type of calorie intake and not know what to expect so it’s constantly changing.
