One of the most popular online diet programs is the one called Fat Loss 4 Idiots. When I first heard of that a few years ago, I thought to myself, “Self, sometimes you can be somewhat of an idiot, that looks like the diet plan for you.”

Yeah, sometimes myself is a little bit of a smart alec.

However, as it turns out, Fat Loss 4 Idiots is just a clever title to catch people’s attention. The makers of this diet are trying to point out that you don’t have to be any kind of smart to use this thing, because they’ve made it so simple for you already.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a well-rounded plan that involves eating better and exercising. The “idiots” part comes in their online diet generator. They effectively make eating right so easy that even someone of sub-par intelligence could do it successfully.

There is also the diet manual itself which explains the theories and practices of this program. They tried to make it as simple as possible to remove any excuses anyone might have as to why they didn’t try it or why it didn’t work.

The eating plan takes the form of “calorie shifting.” This means that you eat smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day and tha teach of those meals contains particular food that, when eaten in combination with each other, accelerate your fat loss.
